Swiss International Airlines has renewed a code sharing agreement it had with Air India until November last year.

“Under the agreement, Air India can publish their codes on all our flights,” said Jean-Philippe Benoit, head, South Asia, Swiss International Airlines. The new agreement will be implemented on April 18.

A part of the Lufthansa group, Switzerland’s national airline operates non-stop flights five-times-a-week between Mumbai and Zurich and between Delhi and Zurich. From June 2, one more flight will be added on the Mumbai route while beginning October both Delhi and Mumbai will have seven weekly flights to Zurich.
