The special TADA court that tried the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case has summoned actor Sanjay Dutt, convicted for possession of AK-56 rifle, on Saturday.
It is not yet clear if Dutt would get a copy of the judgement on Saturday. Once he gets the copy, as per the Supreme Court order, he will have to surrender before the TADA court.
Supreme Court had given an interim bail to Dutt after TADA court sentenced him to six years rigorous imprisonment.
The court has also summoned other convicts, totalling hundred, next week.
