Internet+Imagination = A new life

poignantly explores the dependence of government on bulky files and reams of paperwork. The government has been incapable to use technology and computerise all employment exchanges and digitize all data. And so the healthcare sector is being adversely affected and as pointed out by the article, people in need of blood in emergency situations are forced to use SMS and radio stations. India is a vast country and a large number of people loose their live sin road accidents. Much of these can be averted if the donated blood can be provided to the victims. But the problem is that though India is the world's second most populous country and most of the deaths are caused due to lack of availability of blood and could be resolved if the government is able to create awareness amongst people regarding the benefits of donating blood. Also, playing advertisements regarding benefits of organ and blood donation in cinemas, before and during the intervals could be beneficial. And so, the government needs to make a transition from depending upon bulky files and paper to use technology, as in the present age of globalisation, IT can help resolve many of our problems quickly and efficiently.
