Police on Saturday arrested a teenager who allegedly killed his nine year old brother he was babysitting in a fit of rage after the younger sibling refused to go to bed in an East Delhi area.
Suhail (9), one of seven siblings, was found dead on Friday in his house in Bhajanpura area of the city with his throat slit.
Investigations revealed that his 19 year old brother Zeeshan, the eldest of the seven children, was babysitting the younger siblings on Wednesday night and asked them to go to sleep.
Suhail refused to go to bed and kept watching a movie, which enraged Zeeshan who hit him in the neck with a saw, police said.
The boy began bleeding profusely and Zeeshan tried to stop the blood flow by pressing against the wound with a pair of trousers, they added.
