Popular Telugu hero junior N T Rama Rao, who is grandson of the legendary NTR, sustained a minor injury in an accident during a film shoot in Hyderabad on Friday.
Junior NTR , as he is popularly known, suffered injuries as a rod tied to a rope fell on his forehead while shooting for 'Brindavanam' at Nanakramguda in Hyderabad.
The 27-year-old was rushed to a corporate hospital at Secunderabad where he was administered stitches and discharged.
"It is a small accident. I will resume shooting after three or four days," he told reporters while leaving from the hospital.
Junior NTR, son of actor and TDP Rajya Sabha MP N Harikrishna, has striking resemblance to his legendary grand father. He was a star campaigner for the Telugu Desam Party during the 2009 general elections as he drew huge crowds during his campaign.
He acted in about 20 films which included several blockbusters like 'Simhadri', 'Yamadonga' and 'Rakhi'.
