At least ten people were on Thursday killed and 16 others injured when a goods truck collided with a passenger bus in central Pakistan, police said.
The crash took place near the rural town of Katch Khu, some 65 kilometres east of Multan city.
The truck suddenly came on the highway from a side road and smashed into the moving bus, police official Tanvir Ahmed said.
Three of the injured were in a serious condition, he said.
Pakistan has the world's third highest death rate from road accidents, the government says.
