How to live in impossible times? All times have been impossible. How to live in times fraught with new impossibilities? You must first try to understand the nature of “new impossibilities.” What appears to you as “impossibilities” are simply constrains imposed on you which you don’t like. These constrains are imposed on you with your tacit acceptance.

How can you avoid them? You can avoid the traps if you understand the nature of the traps. By understanding the meaning of new traps, awaiting you, you understand the nature of “new impossibilities.” Quite simple.

Can you avoid stress, which is omnipresent? Yes, if you understand the situations leading to it; yes, if you understand the allurements of these situations; yes, if you can resist the allurements of the situations; yes, if you have the will power to choose the peace of mind over the benefits these allurements can bring to you. All is connected in this holistic world.

Can you avoid the hazards to your health in our present hectic and unhealthy world? Yes, if you choose the right diet; yes if you choose clean life-styles — free of toxins. What are the right strategies of living aright in our times? Avoid the toxins as much as possible — including the human toxins and toxic contacts and toxic media. Avoid the noisy media, which disturbs your peace and treats your mind as a garbage container. Your acting today and what you eat today will determine who you will become tomorrow, and what will be your ultimate destiny.

Making the right choice is an art, which requires some wisdom. The more crowded is your space — by external objects which cry for your attention — the more difficult to cultivate wisdom. You must, thus, work out some strategies, which enable you to cultivate your wisdom — to maintain your well-being and to make right choices. Some of the strategies may be: First thing first, the second thing never; when in doubt, cut it out; time is my friend; rushing is against grace.
