1 The right breakfast menu: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one must never skip it. For the summer, one can have oats/muesli with cold milk and nuts and a cool fruit, orange, melon, and grapes.
2 The right liquids: The temperature of food does not result in weight gain, but the composition, how many calories, nutritive value of the drink in terms of proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals. One can have salted lemon water, buttermilk, coconut water, which are low in calories and high in salts.
3 Avoid street food: Many diseases like headache, stomach ache, and skin rashes occur in this weather due to dehydration or eating outside food. Hence, make sure you keep yourself well hydrated and try and avoid street food. Eat a lot of curd, as it helps to cool and settle the stomach.
