The first step
If you have some feelings for her, say so. She will probably be feeling as aware of you as you are of her.

Depending on the situation, saying what you feel can be done on your first date together, or a few days later when you are on the brink of friendship.

You will naturally want to give her little signs that you like her and see how she reacts.

Body contact is very important. This doesn’t mean you have to grab her behind (although you can if the situation turns out that way, you will know from her reactions).

If she’s responsive, you can touch her ear or her lips or saying something like: "I really like your dress” or “Your hair smells so nice." These moments will be intense and wonderful for both of you and the feelings more beautiful when disclosed.
