Khushwant Singh’s article Look who’s committing hara-kiri (With Malice Towards One And All, September 6) rightly says that the Sangh parivar’s vision has very little value in modern India. It worked in the 1950s and 60s when we were coming to terms with Partition and trying to establish a Hindu State. But in the 21st century, when India is aspiring to
become a global power, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s divisive ideology will prove to be harmful for the country.
