THOUSANDS OF devotees took holy dip in the Kshipra on the occasion of Somvati Amavasya on Monday. The pilgrims, mostly villagers, began congregating at the Ramghat right from Sunday evening and the bath started in wee hours on Monday.

However, since there was no extra arrangement of trains or buses the pilgrims faced inconvenience as heavy rush was witnessed at railway station and bus stand.
