REFLECTION, RETROSPECTION and a splendid array of events set a perfect ambience for a touching adieu to the class XII students of Carmel Convent S S School, Ratanpur here in the school campus on Wednesday. The theme for the day was ‘Cherishing the past for the coming future’.

A wonderful programme showcased by their immediate junior was well appreciated. The highlights of the show were pulsating music, vibrant dances and an inspirational skit on the ‘Wings of Fire’. It was undoubtedly a reflective moment for the outgoing batch during their ramp show, a perfect blend of Beauty versus Brains.

Miss and Master Carmel Title went to Siji Rachel Verghese and Nikhil Andani respectively. Purva Singh were adjudged as Miss Eve and Krishnakant Bhadoria as Adonis, whereas Jasvinder Kaur and Nikhil Andani were Runners Up.

The Title for Best Smile was bagged by Ankita Rajput, Best Dress title went to Justin J Kuriakose, Best Personality title went to Parth Tiwari, Long Hair Title went to Smriti Gupta and finally the Early Bird for the show was Princy Sam.

Principal Sr. Pavithra emphasised that enlightenment is the major goal of education and quoted a famous Greek saying ‘Give me a child for seven years, afterwards let the God or the devil take the child, they cannot change the child’. That is indeed the power of the teacher and the school education.

She also reiterated the retention of values imbibed during their school days and blessed them for a bright future of life, health and happiness.
