TDP and CPI workers stopped trains disrupting rail services in several parts of Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday following a day-long bandh to protest the Supreme Court stay on reservation for OBCs in institutes of higher education.

TDP and CPI workers stopped the trains at Secunderabad Railway station. As a result the trains which were scheduled to leave on Wednesday morning were delayed, official sources said.

The bandh called by A P Backward Class Association has support of all political parties including the ruling Congress.
