WEST CENTRAL Railways (WCR) on Monday announced a change in timings of certain trains originating and crossing the WCR – comprising, Bhopal, Kota and Jabalpur. The changes in timings will be effected from December 1.
Timings of seven trains have been changed - Bhopal - Itarsi Express will leave Bhopal at 18 hrs instead of 17.30 hrs, and Bhopal-Jodhpur Fast Passenger will leave Bhopal at 17.10 hrs instead of 17.55 hrs, Rewanchal Express (Rewa - Bhopal via Itarsi) will leave Rewa at 19.50 hrs in place of 21.15 hrs, while Mahakoshal Express (Jabalpur-Nizamuddin) will leave Jabalpur at 18.05 hrs instead of 16.40 hrs.
Similarly, Gondwana Express (Nizamuddin-Jabalpur) will leave Nizamuddin at 15.25 hrs instead of 14.30 hrs and Rajdhani Express (Mumbai Central- New Delhi) via Kota will leave Mumbai at 16.40 hrs, instead of 16.15 hrs.
A stoppage at Shridham has been added to Janshatabdi Express (Jabalpur-Bhopal) while Rewanchal Express (Bhopal-Rewa via Bina) has been elevated to super-fast category.
Changes in timings of eight trains that will run faster than existing speed - Shaktipunj Express (Howrah – Jabalpur) will reach Jabalpur at 16.15 hrs in place of 18.15 hrs, Howrah-Bhopal Express will reach Bhopal at 18.30 hrs instead of 22.35 hrs, Sampark Kranti (Jabalpur-Nizamuddin) will reach Nizamuddin at 9.05 hrs instead of 9.15 hrs, while it will leave
Jabalpur at 18.40 hrs instead of 18.05 hrs, Verawal-Jabalpur Express will reach Jabalpur at 18.15 hrs instead of 18.35 hrs, Chitrakoot Express (Lucknow-Jabalpur) will reach Jabalpur at 7.55 hrs instead of 8.30 hrs and will leave Jabalpur at 19.15 hrs instead of 19.00 hrs and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) – Habibganj Express will reach Habibganj at 5.30 hrs in place of 6.00 hrs and will chug off at 18.15 hrs from Habibganj instead of 18.05 hrs.
