Trial court imposes 4 conditions for Binayak Sen's release

The trial court in Raipur has laid down four conditions for the release of civil rights activist Binayak Sen on Monday. On Friday last, the SC had granted bail to Binayak Sen. However, his release and activities thereafter would be monitored by the trial court.
Dr Sen is likely to walk out from Raipur Central Jail on Monday evening.
The trial court has now imposed four conditions pursuant to the release of Sen.
1) He has to furnish a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and an equal amount of surety.
2) Sen has to appear whenever called or on the day fixed by the court.
3) He cannot leave the country without permission.
4) Dr Sen has also been asked to surrender his passport and visa (if any).
