The company on Saturday announced a new scheme ‘TVS Assurance' which is a five-year warranty scheme for TVS Star motorcycles.
Giving details of the scheme, Pandey said the normal warranty period extends for two years or 30,000 km, but now the company is giving additional warranty of three years. The Customers will have to pay Rs 555 to avail of the scheme, which is optional.
The existing customers can also take this warranty which is transferable once to the next buyer. The scheme, he said, would reduce the worry of maintenance cost from customers' mind.
