The city police on Thursday nabbed two carjackers who had looted a vehicle on Monday.

The police had earlier arrested three members of the same gang from Bhiwari in Rajasthan.

The accused, identified as Vinod and Jasbir, were arrested from Pahari village on a secret tip-off.

The two will be presented in a local court on Friday.

“Vinod works in a private firm whereas Jasbir works as a collection executive in a telecom company," said Bisalpur police station SHO Babulal. "One of the gang members is still missing and will be arrested soon," he added.

Six vehicles and two country-made pistols were recovered from the duo's possession.

The other gang members were arrested on Monday night just hours after the gang robbed a man of his Indica Vista car at gun-point in Bisalpur.

The city police had chased the gangsters from Gurgaon to Bhiwari. The accused were identified as — Khushi Ram (22), a polytechnic student, Arvind (30), an absconded army jawan from Pataudi, and Ravinder (25), a factory worker in Jhajjar.
