Two business executives were killed when their motorcycle collided with a speeding car whose driver was allegedly drunk, police said on Thursday.

The accident occurred late on Wednesday night at the Sector 10-12 crossing in Noida.

Shailendra Kumar and Shivam, employees of an export house, were returning home when they collided with a speeding car whose driver was allegedly drunk. The car overturned after hitting the divider, police said.

Kumar and Shivam were critically injured and were rushed to the hospital where they succumbed to their injuries, police said.

The driver and co-driver of the car were also injured in the accident and were admitted to Fortis Hospital where doctors said that their condition was critical.

"We are waiting for the family members of the deceased. A report will be lodged when they furnish a complaint," Superintendent of Police (City) A.K. Tripathi said.
