Two killed in road accidents

An executive of a private company was killed when the staff bus she was travelling in met with an accident on the Noida-Dadri road near the Daewoo factory, reports Kapil Datta.

An executive of a private company was killed on Wednesday when the staff bus she was travelling in met with an accident on the Noida-Dadri road near the Daewoo factory. Parul Mishra, 25, was an employee of Moser Baer. Thirty-four others were also injured.

SP (Greater Noida) Babu Ram said the driver of the staff bus lost control of the vehicle when he tried to avoid hitting another vehicle. The bus

ran over the road divider and overturned.

The bus driver, Sharad Yadav, is absconding.

Moser Baer Human Resource head Rajiv Sahdev confirmed the death. He added Meenakshi Mittal, a software engineer, was also badly injured in the accident. She has been shifted to Apollo Hospital.

In another mishap on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, a deputy engineer of the same company Salim (25) was killed when his motorcycle rammed into a dumper on Wednesday.
