Three women, including a minor have alleged sexual assault in three separate incidents in the city.

In the first incident, a 42-year-old woman who was seeking a job as a government school teacher has alleged that a municipal corporation official and his friend raped her several times, in west Delhi’s Rajouri Garden on Friday.

According to the woman’s statement, the men allegedly lured her to the hotel on the pretext of discussing her job prospects. “The woman has claimed that while the municipal official raped her several times over the past two years, he recently took her to a hotel in Karol Bagh where his friend also raped her,” said a police official.

“She has claimed that she met the other man randomly while looking for a job more than two years ago, who later introduced her to the official,” the officer said.

A case of rape has been registered at the Rajouri Garden police station. However, no arrests have been made so far.

The second incident was reported from south Delhi’s Amar Colony, where a 29-year-old woman alleged rape against an executive of a Gurgaon-based company on the pretext of marriage.

The woman has alleged that the accused raped her over a span of six months at his house in Amar Colony. “In her complaint, she has said that the accused raped and assaulted her when she refused to establish a physical relationship with him,” said a police official.

The woman is a divorcee and was currently in a live-in relationship with the accused, said the police. “She has said that she decided to file a complaint after encouragement from her friends,” said a police official.

A case has been registered at the Amar Colony police station.

A 15-year-old student was allegedly kidnapped and later raped by her tenant in Chilla village. The incident was reported from Ashok Nagar area. According to the police, the accused has been identified as 19-year old Dinesh Kumar. He was arrested after he brought the girl back.

The accused had vacated his house on November 30 and allegedly abducted the minor on December 8. “When the girl was not found anywhere, her parents registered a case of kidnapping,” said a police official. “The accused has been claiming that the girl had consented to run away from home with him,” he added.

A medical examination has confirmed rape. The police have registered a case under sections of rape, kidnapping and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) act.
