Goa police on Monday arrested two women for alleged their involvement in the killing of four young women three of whom were burnt to destroy the evidence.
A 16-year-old girl, who was friendly to one of the accused Sayron Rodrigues and another accused Chandrakant Talwar's 32-year-old wife Grishma were arrested by state police on Monday.
"Grishma was arrested in Mumbai and is being brought here while the girl was arrested at St cruz village near Panaji," Deputy Inspector General Ravindra Yadav told reporters on Monday evening.
Rodrigues and Talwar were arrested on October 17 at Mumbai and the police claimed they have confessed to killing all the four women whose bodies were found in different parts of the state.
All the four women had taken lift in the car of the accused at different point of time and they were killed in the car, Yadav said.
Police have recovered two cars which were used in the crime.
