Heated exchanges between RJD and BJP members over the issue of tabling the report of Liberhan Commission on Babri Masjid demolition on Friday briefly disrupted the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha.

As soon as the House met for the day, RJD chief Lalu Prasad demanded tabling of the report, sparking protests from BJP members led by Ananth Kumar and Gopinath Munde.

Prasad was supported by SP leader Mulayam Singh Yadav, even as the members in treasury benches watched silently.

Amid the din, Speaker Meira Kumar ordered that all remarks should be expunged and carried on with the Question Hour.
