Nearly after two decades of Babri Masjid demolition, senior leaders of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will assemble in Ayodhya to chalk out a plan for stepping up Ram Mandir movement.

"A four-day meeting of the central management committee of VHP is scheduled to be held in Ayodhya from July 12," VHP media incharge Sharad Sharma told PTI.

This would be first meeting of VHP central committee in Ayodhya after December 6, 1992.

"Last time the meeting was held a couple of months before December 1992 at Janki Mahal Trust," they said.

The meeting is expected to be attended by VHP International President Ashok Singhal and General Secretary Praveen Togadia among other leaders.
