Videocon d2h, the direct-to-home (DTH) company promoted by the Videocon Group, on Tuesday said that it has crossed the three-million subscribers mark.
"We have achieved the three-million mark as per our planned targets and we are sure that we would add another million subscribers in the next 3-4 months," Videocon Group's director, Saurabh Dhoot, said in a statement.
What is important at this stage is to continue the momentum not just by adding new customers but by delighting existing customers.
"Our aim is to keep our customers happy because we feel that a brand is successful when their customers are satisfied," Dhoot said.
Videocon d2h offers maximum number of channels in the market with a current count of 290 channels and services - it provides a very strong regional content for its specific audiences along with all the sports channels on board, the statement said.
Videocon d2h's CEO, Anil Khera, said, "While maintaining our ideology of innovation, we plan to reach the length and breadth of the country through our strong distribution channels and widespread service network."
