Volvo launches hydraulic excavator

VOLVO CONSTRUCTION Equipment (CE) launched and showcased the EC 140BLC hydraulic excavator in Indore. This new Volvo B-series excavator represents the latest in engineering development and provides the highest performance, superior operator comfort and maximum productivity.

VOLVO CONSTRUCTION Equipment (CE) launched and showcased the EC 140BLC hydraulic excavator in Indore. This new Volvo B-series excavator represents the latest in engineering development and provides the highest performance, superior operator comfort and maximum productivity.

A company spokesman said here that the focus on infrastructure development in Madhya Pradesh has given impetus to growth of construction equipment requirement. Volvo Construction Equipment is already an established brand in Marble quarries of Katni and at construction projects in Bhopal and Indore area through its offering of hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders.

For the fast growing small and medium hydraulic excavator segment, the company held road shows in Indore to showcase the EC140 BLC from Volvo’s wide offering of hydraulic excavators. The machine generated keen interest during its road shows in other parts of the country and the company is confident that it will meet all expectations of customers here on productivity. 

At Volvo Construction Equipment, the Excavator engine has been developed specially to provide good fuel economy, low noise and long service life. The Volvo turbo-charged diesel engine with direct injection and charged air cooler is built to respond to the unique demands of excavation. Volvo engine and high-performance hydraulics provide exceptionally high fuel efficiencies, especially during hard trenching or mass excavation.
