In yet another incident of shame to the democracy, a People's Democratic Party (PDP) member, Syed Bashir, slapped a marshal while his party members created unruly scenes in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly. On the orders of Speaker Mubarak Gul, the unruly PDP members were marshalled out from the House.
