Way to consciousness

To understand epiphanic-consciousness (EC), we need to know about ‘epiphany’, a term derived from the Greek ‘epiphainein’, meaning ‘to manifest’ or appear in special light.
Most of us use normal thinking to induce our consciousness to decide the course of action for many problems we face in our lives. But do we really need epiphanic-consciousness in our lives? All the complexities in our lives created by known or unknown forces unnecessarily generate confusion and chaos. These can be minimised or neutralised if we adopt the EC procedure.
When you master this technique, you will find sudden, dramatic and perhaps
dazzling moments in your life that affect a drastic and whole change in perception.
EC is a moment in which a person has a sudden and profound realisation that is prompted by an external object or an inner voice. This creates a change in one’s perception of self and those around, and comes with practice.
Every morning, say 11 times: “I believe in Him” (deity). This self-affirmation has also to be repeated 11 times every evening. This way you will be able to increase your mental strength that in turn opens your inner eye to destroy negativity and ill feelings.
The word ‘believe’ has tremendous magic. When negative thoughts are eliminated, you automatically gain profundity of positive energy. If you encounter problems, then EC will arise and you will be able to solve them, unprejudiced.
You may also say: “I can do all things through Him that gives me strength” 11 times every morning and evening. You have to focus your mind and soul on the source — the Creator.
This will not yield any result immediately, but by continuous practice, you can eliminate your distress, disease and your despondency as your mind is influenced by EC.
The significance of EC is such that when you practise it in your daily life, you will find that not only you can live well, you are able to let others live well too.
