"Bhajan Lal was the leader of all castes and communities. I am following in his footsteps. He will remain an inspiring force for me throughout my life," Bishnoi said on the second death anniversary of his father at Adampur in the district on Monday. A blood donation camp, 'havan' and special congregation were organised to pay homage to the late leader.

"He (Lal) played a vital role for the uplift of common masses," Bishnoi said.

HJC legislator from Adampur, Renuka Bishnoi, former legislator Dura Ram and former deputy chief minister Chander Mohan paid tributes to the late leader. A special congregation was held at Bishnoi Mandir.
