Mild breeze kept the day temperature pleasant in Shimla on Wednesday, almost as if to encourage the voters as the state votes for four Lok Sabha seats.
According to the MET department, Shimla recorded the temperature as low as 14.1 degree Celsius, while Dharamsala touched 16.3 degree C.
There were no reports of snow or rain from anywhere in the state.
Sundernagar recorded a minimum temperature of 14 degree C and it was 11.2 degree C in Bhuntar. Una and Mandi remained at 13.8 and 15.5 degree C respectively, the MET department said.
Night temperatures, however, dipped quite low, especially in the higher reaches. Kalpa in Kinnaur district recorded a low of 2.5 degree C, it was 3.8 degree C in Keylong.
The MET office predicted dry weather across the state on Thursday.
