What's the best time for sex?

What time of the month is the best time to have sex? I have heard that sex before menses is the best time because your body is getting ready to clean itself. Please explain.

What's the best time for sex?

1.
What time of the month is the best time to have sex? If I have my menses at the beginning of the month, do I have sex at the end of the month or in the middle of the month? I have heard that sex before menses is the best time because your body is getting ready to clean itself. I am in dilemma about these issues? Please explain.

Sex on wedding night...

2.
I get excited very quickly about sexual issues. Also, I want to improve the duration and quality of erection. Are there any practical ways to achieve the same? I am about to get married and want to know how to speak to my wife about sex, especially on the first night. If I want to have sex, how do I convey the message? Please guide me.

'I get lost during sex!'

1.
I'm only 18 and had gotten pregnant at 17! I am living with the father of the baby and we're doing great with each other except for one thing and that is sex. For some weird reason, when I have sex with him, I feel like I don't know what to do or you can say I don't know the tricks. I still feel insecure about my body. The other day, we had sex but I wasn't really into it. I didn't even get wet. I am on birth control pill. I am really starting to feel like I don't know how to have sex! I really need help or some kind of words of advice from a professional. And when we do have sex, I'll complain while we're having sex that I don't know how to do it and he'll say, "just do it, its just sex." But I really feel like I'm lost. Please help me.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
You are only 18 but married and already a mother! Your problem of sexual inadequacy of some kind seems to be due to problems of relationship and/or heavy family responsibilities that you resent. You should see a counsellor and discuss your situation to find ways and means to make your life comfortable and happy in general. This way you will be able to discover your sexuality all over again.

Depression taking a toll

I am a depression patient from last three years. I am on medication that I want to quit. But the issue is that I really get scared when I stop taking my pills. What should I do?

You should consult a good psychiatrist for re-evaluation of your problem for its proper management.
