Wondering what to gift your ‘not so loved one’, while everyone around you plans a V-Day surprise? A
card may be what you’re looking for. “It is a promotional strategy for our new film, Love Sex Aur Dhokha, which deals with betrayal in love. We decided to take the Un-Valentine route with these cards,” said director Dibakar Bannerjee.
LSD producer Ekta Kapoor said, “For as many people who feel love, there is a counter number who abuse love. Dibakar thought it was time for people betrayed in love to express themselves.”The cards are available at select coffee shops, cinema halls, restaurants, salons, spas and tattoo parlors in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.
The production house is planning a radio contest where people can send Un-Valentine’s Day gift hampers comprising a dhokha card and a cactus plant! A special dhokha card application has been developed for Facebook where you can send a virtual black rose.
