The city court on Saturday convicted a woman of killing her former husband four years ago. Niti Agarwal who divorced Aditya Kumar in 2007 killed him with the help of her cook Nandlal and two others. The additional session judge Vimal Kumar convicted all the four accused and will pronounce the quantum of sentence on July 26, said Vishal Gupta, the prosecution lawyer.
According to prosecution, Niti, who lived in a rented house of Silver Oaks in DLF City, hatched the plot with her cook Nandlal and took the help of Zile Singh and Radheyshyam to kill Aditya Kumar, a sugar mill owner from Uttar Pradesh, who used to sexually abuse her even after the couple divorced.
