A suicide note recovered from the person of the deceased stated acute depression to be the reason behind her taking the extreme step. Her wallet had Rs 67 and medicines for treating depression.
The suicide note stated, “Mai Kishwar Jehan apne aap ko khatm kar rahi hoon. Mujhe duniya ki har cheez me ulta wa dosh nazar aata hai. Meri jeene ki chah bilkul khatm ho gayi hai.” The note also stated that nobody was responsible for her death. There was no address written in the piece of paper.
