A match between Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan in the Women's Central Zone League one-day tournament was on Tuesday cancelled here due to ongoing bickering in the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA).

The Indian Cricket Board Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) when approached, directed the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association to prevent Rajasthan teams' participaton in the tournament, sources said.

The pro-Lalit Modi faction, claiming support of 20 districts, had on Monday announced "fresh elections" to RCA on November 18.

The Rajendra Singh Rathore-faction, which had convened an Emergency General Meeting on September 20 and had "removed" Sanjay Dixit from post of president, went a step further and "dissolved" the executive which had come into existence in a high voltage election on March 1 in which Modi had lost to Dixit.
