Yasin Malik, chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front, who is visiting Islamabad, would arrive in New Delhi on Saturday.
Malik, had recently raised many eyebrows by sharing dais with Mumbai terror attack mastermind Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Mohammed Saeed.
Though Malik was in Pakistan on a personal visit but he and his supporters observed a 24- hour fast in protest of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru's hanging on February 9, where Saeed also joined him.
The opposition party BJP had demanded impounding of Malik's passport after which the Indian government had denied visa to Malik's Pakistan-based wife and daughter.
Confirming this, a party spokersperson told Hindustan Times, "Yasin's wife and daughter had applied for Indian visa online about 20 days ago, however, they never got any reply. Even the webpage in this connection was blocked. So Yasin will be arriving in New Delhi alone".
Malik had left the Valley on January 27 for Pakistan to see his wife and daughter.
