How does yoga helps students in studies?
Yoga is a art of living, it gives you a disciplined routine if you go for
exercising it energizes you physically.

Yoga teaches you the right way of breathing, which activates your blood cells and make you sharp, yoga gives you peace of mind.

Initially youngsters get bored but after sometime when they keep doing it, it helps them in studies, keeps them calm and increases memory.

In today's corporative world do you think yoga can be considered as a career option?
No doubt, one can take it as a career. People like us with whom youngsters can relate to have also chosen yoga as a career. But one should learn yoga from a reputed yoga guru or should pursue a course from reputed Universities.

No, I don't conduct workshops for them but I do classes for Elite modeling agency, Model. Guru. Com, Le Meridian

Some tips for students who just have appeared for class 12th  board exams?  
1
Every day they should sit in padmasana or in sukhasana or hand in gyan mudra and close there eyes, think only about breathing this will relax there mind.

2 Sit and clap for five to ten minutes, it activates the cells and the acupressure points that are in our hands get activated.

3 There is a Japanese art called 'Kihai' which can also be tried for Kihai what you have to do is come near to wall.

Keep on shouting 123 through this all the negativity that has been adding day by day in your mind will come out. You can do this for two to three minutes after that you will feel tired.
