How about entering a café and getting to see vintage bikes parked around and installed at the venue. Certainly an exciting sight. And this can be witnessed at soon to open café, a first of its kind in the city, which will be dedicated to riders.

Initiated by Indore-based entrepreneur Ramiz Khan, who owns a showroom of Royal Enfield bikes, the café was his idea of getting along like-minded people. "I am a passionate rider and have been to various locales of the country on bike trips with by club. I wanted to come up with a café which would carry a theme of royal and vintage bikes and that’s how I went ahead with the idea," Ramiz told Hindustan Times.

At the café, vintage and cult bikes will be hanged on the railing to give it a better setting. Also, to match with the concept a lot of rustic interiors have been designed.

"Riding culture is growing day by day and this café will take that culture forward. I want riders of different clubs to meet and mingle at this café and make it a hangout place for the like-minded people," Ramiz explained.

And for the ones who would be interested in riding, the café will also provide bikes on rent. "We will be imparting bikers’ consultancy for the visitors. Also, a mini library will be set up for bike enthusiasts, which will feature travelogues and related stuff for the guests at the café," Ramiz added. Being constructed for more than a year now, the designing and conceptualisation have been done by Ramiz himself.

"Some of the wooden and metal lay outings are done by my cousin while rest of the planning has been done by me," he added.

And when we talk about a café, of course, the food segment is something which obviously comes to one’s mind. The owner plans to keep it a multi-cuisine set up with a mix of well-known delicacies picked from kitchens across the world.

"Coffee will be our one of the specialties while the format will be of a fast food café clubbed with a restaurant. Titled, Rider’s Republic Café, the venture is all set to be launched next month," he said.
