The seventh edition of the inter-school premier league (ISPL), one of Mumbai's biggest and most popular multi-sports tournaments, will kick start in Indore for the first time on December 8, across two venues, Advance Academy and Golden International School. The event gives a platform for schools to showcase their sporting excellence and is organised by The Sports Gurukul.

"The success of the past year's tournament had prompted us to come up with a better premier league this year. It is for this reason we have decided to take the tournament to four different cities including Indore, Ahmedabad and Pune to the existing Mumbai," said Jay Shah, co-founder and director, The Sports Gurukul.

The company ensures that children are exposed to different sports at an early age while at the same time teaching kids the values of team work and fair play.

At the Advance Academy, games such as chess, table tennis, basketball, tennis, skating and football would be held while cricket would be held at Golden International School.
