Six-year-old raped by three minors in Indore

A six-year-old girl was raped by three minors at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar under Bhanwarkuan police station limit on Wednesday. A case has been registered on the complaint of the girl's family.

A six-year-old girl was raped by three minors at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar under Bhanwarkuan police station limit on Wednesday.

A case has been registered on the complaint of the girl's family and all three accused have been arrested.

Thana in-charge of Bhanwarkuan police station Rajendra Soni said the incident took place when the girl was playing in front of her house and her parents were inside. "The three accused, all in the age group of 15 years picked her up on the pretext of playing and sexually assaulted her. When the girl fell unconscious, they left the her and fled," said Soni.

The girl regained consciousness after about 30 minutes and came back home. She narrated the entire incident to her parents.

The parents reached a police station along with the victim and lodged a case against the three teenagers on Wednesday evening. The girl was sent for medical examination immediately after the case was lodged. Her condition is said to be stable.

"We have arrested all the accused and investigation in the case is going on," added the TI.

In a similar incident, on December 28 2014, Aerodrome police lodged a case against a minor who had raped a six-year-old girl.

Earlier, in November 2014, a five-year-old girl was sexually assaulted inside a school van in the same police station area.
