Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and opted to field first against Kings XI Punjab in Mohali.

Kings XI Punjab will be looking to secure their second win on the trot when they host Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in an Indian Premier League (IPL) game in Mohali on Tuesday.

However, it will not be easy to topple the men in purple who dominated Sunrisers Hyderabad in their last encounter. Kolkata Knight Riders won the game quite convincingly with skipper Gautam Gambhir contributing an unbeaten 90 in their quest for a total of 142/7.

Punjab also tasted success in their last match as they stunned Mahendra Singh Dhoni led Pune Rising Supergiants by six wickets. That win would immensely boost their confidence ahead of the KKR tie.

Kolkata Knight Riders: Uthappa, Gambhir, Pandey, Shakib, Pathan, Surya, Russell, Chawla, Narine, Morkel, Umesh.
