The BJP will contest the forthcoming assembly elections in Rajasthan on its own and have no tie-up with any party.

"The BJP will have no truck with any party and will contest the election on its own," party vice-president M Venkaiah Naidu told reporters on wedenesday.

Naidu, in-charge of party affairs in Rajasthan, was here to chalk out party's poll strategy for the assembly election.
To a question, he ruled out any alliance with the BSP in the state.

Naidu, along with senior Maharashtra leader Gopinath Munde, held discussions with Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje and other Rajasthan party leaders.
