Pak agriculture minister visits LPU

Pakistan agriculture minister and pro-chancellor of University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh, visited Lovely Professional University with a nine-member delegation from the university.

The delegation included vice-chancellor (UAF), Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan, educationists and progressive farmers of Pakistan.

Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh said, "We are here with message of development in agriculture education. We will like to see universities from India and Pakistan, work together for the students' growth".

LPU Chancellor Ashok Mittal said that in spite of industrialisation and other revolutionary developments, agriculture remains central to economies of both Pakistan and India.
