The Centre for Social Responsibility & Leadership (CSRL), in association with Indian Army's Delta Force, launched a 'Chenab Super 30' programme on Saturday to provide free, residential coaching for cracking the IIT's Joint Entrance Exam (JEE).
Students from Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban districts will be provided training for 11 months. On June 1, the army conducted an entrance exam for the programme at 14 centres in the three districts. Nearly 1,173 students appeared for the exam. After an interview conducted by a panel from CSRL, New Delhi, on June 15 and 16, 30 students were finally selected by the army and CSRL for providing free coaching at Jammu.
