The CPI(M) today complained against the Trinamool Congress for using Indian Cricket captain M S Dhoni's photograph in some of their posters.
The CPI(M) on Monday complained against the Trinamool Congress for using Indian Cricket captain M S Dhoni's photograph in some of their posters.
"We have received a compliant that Dhoni's photograph is being used by a political party in some of their posters", Joint Chief Electoral Officer Dibyendu Sarkar said.

"In the complaint it is said that as Dhoni is the brand ambassador of the Election Commission so using Dhoni's photograph is a violation of the Model Code of Conduct," Sarkar said.
"We have written to the Election Commission along with the complaint and they will take the final decision" Sarkar added.
