You're in a committed relationship? But are too busy with other things in life and fail to make time for your partner, despite the best of efforts? Don't worry. We give you four ways in which you can make your love life healthier and happier.
1 Call him/her
No matter how busy your work keeps you, the fact remains, your partner is as important (if not more). And taking time out for him/her goes without saying. Talk to him/her whenever you get the chance, be it for a minute or an hour. It will go a long way in making him/her feel you think of him/her, even when caught up with other things.
2 Make the most of technology
If you can't talk much over the phone, just send texts, or flirty e-mails. You can always stay connected on Watsapp and exchange photos of where you are, what you're eating and so. A voice message can be romantic too. This shows you want to make him/her a part of your every small thing in life and actually miss him/her.
3 Say 'I love you', a lot
It's important to let your partner know that you miss him/her. Saying- 'I love you' and 'I miss you' can make your partner feel special and help you stay connected, mentally and emotionally. So, don't wait for an occasion to say these magical words, just say them whenever you feel like. No matter how often you tell him/her these, you can always say these 10 more times.
4 Plan romantic dates
It's important to meet your partner, be it at a dinner date or a movie outing. And when you're at it, make it as romantic as possible - hold hands, dress up for each other and do other cute things couples do. The idea is to forget all that rush in your life and make the other person feel special and make most of your time together.
