This south Delhi based center specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa, the classic name for power yoga, which is generally used for weight loss. Another form practiced at this centre is Therapeutic Yoga, which is used to fight various lifestyle disorders like anxiety, stress and infertility. The studio provides both personal trainers and group classes.

2 Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the most ancient and also the most unknown and least practiced form of Yoga. In India, there are only three teachers practising this form. One of them is at this center in GK-1. Classes are held regularly in mornings. This yoga is a blend of kriyas (exercises), mudras (postures), japas (recitings) and mantras (chants).

5 Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan
This 40-year old organisation has around 500 centers throughout the city. Each has a Pramukh (leader) with 3 instructors; they are all trained at the Rohini headquarters. Classes are open to anybody from any religion. Conducted in parks, these free classes “assist in bringing sukh at three levels — physical, mental and spiritual.”
