We’ve all faced it at some point — gone to the gym  or taken up a sport only to lose motivation in a few days. But that is no reason to give up just yet. Here are eight ways to get into shape while having fun.

1. Skating
This aerobatic workout tones your lower body and builds leg strength. Besides, it is also a good calorie burner. You don’t need to enroll in any class; just get a hold of your balance and learn to skate on your own.

2. Zumba
