As per the earlier order of the court, the charge sheet, case diary along with entire records related to police probes in the murder of family welfare CMOs V K Arya and B P Singh were produced in the court.

On behalf of the state government, additional advocate general Jaideep Narain Mathur also produced the order in which further investigations of both the murder cases have been referred to the CBI by the state government.

After perusal of these documents, the court reserved its order and directed the police not to proceed further in this matter. The court also asked the lower court concerned not to proceed further on the charge sheets pending before it.

The police after completing the investigations had filed the charge sheets of both the murder cases before the CJM court Lucknow.

While Arya was shot dead in October last year, Singh was killed in Gomti Nagar area on April 2.

Deputy CMO Y S Sachan, who was named as the conspirator in Singh's murder, was also found dead inside the Lucknow district jail hospital on June 22.
