Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday rubbished the charges of India against corruption (IAC) activist Arvind Kejriwal against leaders of various political parties. Yadav also dared Kejriwal to contest election to prove his following.

Talking to journalists in Lucknow Yadav said there was no crisis in the country and on-going debate over corruption and other issues would yield positive results.

When asked for his comments on Kejriwal’s accusations against union law minister Salman Khurshid and BJP president Nitin Gadkari, the SP chief said that Kejriwal had leveled unsubstantiated charges against the leaders and had not given any proof against them.

“Kejriwal even criticized me for hobnobbing with Congress", Mulayam Singh said, adding that there was no need to given much significance to Kejriwal.

“Kejriwal would soon become tired of these activities,”Yadav said.

Refusing to comment on Khurshid, the SP president said “Abhi woh parishani mein hain unke bare mein kuch nahin kahna”(Will not say anything against him because he is in trouble).
