Star Congress campaigners, including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and party chief Sonia Gandhi, will crisscross 14 Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh going to polls in the final phase of elections on May 13, UPCC sources said.

As per the party's poll strategy in the politically crucial state, electioneering will be spiced up with the presence of Singh, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh and Union Minister Sri Prakash Jaiswal among others.

The party has also roped in film personalities like Mahesh Bhatt and Imran Hashmi to woo the electorate with their star power.

While the prime minister would address a rally in Bijnore on May 10 in favour of party nominee Saeeduzama, Sonia Gandhi would campaign for Begum Noor Banu in Rampur and Salim Shervani in Badaun on May 9, party sources said. Rahul Gandhi would address four election rallies in Moradabad (Mohammed Azharuddin), Bareilly (Pravin Singh Aron), Dhauraha (Jitin Prasad) and Shahjahanpur (Ummed Singh) on May 7.

Jaiswal and former Punjab chief minister Amrinder Singh would be in Kheri and Saharanpur respectively on May 8
